How do I sign in?
Use a magic link — no password. See Sign in to your Account.
How do I download Sovereign AI Brain?
Sign in at 1human1ai.com → Account → Get Brain → Download. See Download and install.
What is Smooth Transfer?
Running ./install.sh from the Get Brain archive. It updates Brain app files and keeps your Soul, chats, and settings. You should see Transfer complete when you open Brain.
Where do I get my activation code?
Your advisor issues it after your order / onboarding. It looks like CENT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and arrives by email. Ask them to resend or generate a new code if needed.
Do I need GitHub or Terminal tricks?
No. Customers download a website installer and run ./install.sh. GitHub stays private for Centurion staff builds.
What are subscription vs rent-to-own vs owned?
Is the iPhone remote free?
Yes. See Mobile Remote is free.
What if I get a new computer?
Request a replace-device, then activate again.
What happens if my license expires?
Managed features may pause; your data stays on the Brain. See License status and grace.
How do I update Brain?
Use Account → Get Brain for the latest installer, or Brain Settings → Check for update when that path is enabled for your build.
