Activation code rejected

Fixes when Brain or the website will not accept your license code.

Try this

  1. Re-type the code carefully (uppercase, with dashes).
  2. Confirm you are signed into the same account the code was assigned to.
  3. If you replaced hardware, finish a replace-device request before activating again.
  4. Ask your advisor to check Admin → Licenses for revoked or unassigned codes.
