Unsupported iPhone

Symptoms

• CenturionAI Remote won't install from the App Store
• App shows unsupported device message
• Linking fails on an older iPhone

Cause

CenturionAI Remote requires iPhone 15 or newer. Older models are not supported at this time.

Steps

1. Check your iPhone model: Settings → General → About → Model Name.
2. If your iPhone is older than iPhone 15, you'll need a supported device.
3. On a supported iPhone: install CenturionAI Remote from the App Store.
4. Link to your existing Centurion brain — see Find and link.
