Couldn't reach Adrian

What to do when Talk to Adrian won't connect in the app.

Symptoms

  • Couldn't reach Adrian or similar error in Talk to Adrian
  • Adrian chat won't load or send

Cause

Adrian works over the internet — this is not a device link issue. Your iPhone needs a working internet connection (Wi‑Fi or cellular) to reach Adrian.

Steps

  1. Confirm your iPhone has internet — open a web page in Safari.
  2. Try again in a few minutes — brief outages happen.
  3. Use the help center at Ask Adrian from any browser.
  4. For Centurion brain problems, use Get Help instead — see Get Help and support codes.

Note

Your private Centurion link does not affect Adrian. You can be linked to your brain and still have Adrian unreachable if internet is down.

Verify

Talk to Adrian loads and responds in the app.
