Stuck on "On your network"

Your iPhone found the network but linking to your Centurion brain failed.

Symptoms

  • Subtitle shows On your network but linking never completes
  • Your Centurion appeared in the list but won't connect

Cause

Discovery worked — your iPhone can see the network — but the device link failed. Common reasons: approval pending, guest network isolation, or a linking interruption.

Steps

  1. Tap your Centurion in the list and wait on the Linking… screen.
  2. Check the brain for an approval request — see Approve your iPhone.
  3. If waiting for approval, see Waiting for approval.
  4. Make sure neither device is on a guest network with device isolation.
  5. Tap Try Again after approving.

Note

"On your network" is not an error — it means discovery succeeded. The next step is completing the link.

Verify

The link card shows Linked.
