Messages not sending

Fix the case where your messages to your Centurion won't go through.

Symptoms

  • Message spins or shows as undelivered
  • No reply after sending

Cause

Two separate layers can fail: device link (iPhone ↔ brain) or thinking service (brain → model).

Decision tree: not linked leads to fix link, linked with thinking error leads to fix thinking
Fix the right layer — link first, then thinking.

Steps

If not linked

  1. Check for a not connected banner in Chat.
  2. You → Your link → Find my Centurion — see Find and link.
  3. See Connection timed out if linking fails.

If linked but no reply

  1. Look for having trouble thinking banner.
  2. You → Fix Thinking Service — see Fix thinking service.
  3. Confirm a model is Active with a valid key.

Verify

Messages send and replies arrive within a few seconds.
